By downloading, installing, or using the HRRE App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access the application.

2. Not Medical Advice

The HRRE App, including its health scores, nutrition calculations, AI coaching, and habit suggestions, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute clinical or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified physician or healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health management.

3. User Registration & Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Integrations & Wearables

Our app allows integration with third-party devices and services (such as Google Health Connect, Whoop, and LibreLinkUp). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRRE App and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application or any recommendations therein.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
