Welcome to HRRE App. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide to us, including your age, gender, height, weight, health goals, dietary styles, and health conditions (such as diabetes or hypertension).

If you choose to sync your health data, we access information from health services like Google Health Connect (Android), Apple Health (iOS), Whoop, and LibreLinkUp. This includes step counts, sleep hours, resting and active heart rate, active calories burned, exercise sessions, weight, height, and glucose readings. We only access this data with your explicit consent.

3. Google Health Connect Policy Compliance

Limited Use Policy Statement HRRE App's use and transfer of information received from Google Health Connect to any other app will adhere to the Google Health Connect Permissions Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We strictly limit our access, use, and sharing of Google Health Connect data as follows:

We only read the health and fitness metrics required to compute your metabolic health scores (Lifestyle Recovery and Risk Score / HRRE) and personalize your nutrition targets.
We do NOT transfer Health Connect data to third-party databases for marketing, advertising, or product placement.
We do NOT sell, lease, or trade your Health Connect data or any other health measurements to insurance companies, advertising networks, or data brokers.
All Health Connect data remains private to your account and is processed securely using industry-standard encryption protocols.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal and health data to:

Calculate your individualized metabolic health scores (HRRE / LRRS).
Calculate personalized target calories and macronutrient ratios (protein, carbs, fat).
Provide daily micro-habit recommendations and nutrition coaching.
Power the community challenge leaderboards (e.g., verifying step streaks).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal and health data at any time from within the Profile settings screen. Once requested, your data is permanently deleted from our databases, including all wearable history imported from Google Health Connect or Apple Health.

6. Security of Your Data

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption and Firestore security rules, to protect your data. However, no security measure is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
